May I get a refund the services fee?

All sales are final. Because goBookmaker offers a free evaluation to ensure that our products will meet your needs without the need to purchase, there will be absolutely no refunds.

Before deciding to purchase our solutions, please be sure to sign up and fully test the evaluation versions that we provide. We do not offer refunds on services that have been delivered to customers.

We make available a free trial version of each product we offer. Customers are encouraged to sign up for the free trial version and test it prior to purchasing a license to the release version of the applicable product.
